 Control panel
The control panel enables you to, manage your email accounts online, create automated responses and view your website usage statistics online.The control panel can be purchased in addition to your standard hosting package for $4.95/month.
After you have setup a hosting account with ADICD you will receive a username and password that can be used to access the control panel. Control panels are only activated when you select CP in your hosting application.
Email Retrieval
Although ADICD hosts your email accounts this does not mean that we are responsible for the retrieval and the sending of your emails. E-mail can be retrieved with an email program such as Outlook or on the internet with webmail.

Read your email and send messages from any computer with Internet access using our web browser based email client, ideal for accessing your email when away from your office or on the move. Webmail is free to use for all ADICD clients. All you need is your email usernames and passwords to access your email account.
Your email username is an combination of your account name (i.e. your domain name without the .com.au) followed by a dash and the name of your email account (i.e. sales from sales@yourdomain.com.au). Your email password is the password that you have received on your initial account activation, unless you have changed it in your control panel. |
